Overall
Blue corn gives this Bourbon a depth of flavor adding some spicy notes and corn sweetness that pairs perfectly with the Pecan barrel. This one would be good sipping during the holidays and would pair nicely with any pecan forward dessert. This Bourbon is simply delicious neat, a few drops of water or on ice. D
